Marbury and Compass Offices are pleased to announce that they have joined forces through the acquisition by Marbury of Compass Offices’ professional corporate services business, Encore Professional Services Limited, in order to expand the service offerings to Compass Offices’ clients.

Encore clients can enjoy continuation of the current service provision, including:
· your account manager will remain unchanged
· our emails and telephone numbers will remain in service
· there are no changes to your registered office arrangements
· any mail handled for you will continue to be handled as per your instructions
· the bank account arrangements remain unchanged.
In summary, you will continue to experience the same dedicated level of client service that you have come to expect in previous years. The change will not require action from you and will only present you with further opportunities.
